Applications are accepted in the following zones: Shiva, Shaktu, Meditation, Music, Lecturing, Massage, Dance, Fitness, Transformation games, Art (Art therapy, Creativity classes, Vocal yoga), Tea (tea ceremonies, lectures on tea, poetry), Acro yoga, Meditation, Kid, Fly yoga, Beach(practices in the morning, Electronic music in the evening).
The Grandmasters space consists of the masters whom we have invited ourselves in advance according to the concept of the program of the main stream of the season. Applications for taking part in the Grandmasters are not accepted.
. In support of the Festival ethics and respect towards the festival guests, applications from masters participating in other festivals throughout the year are NOT accepted before the start of #Avatarfest.
For application consideration the detailed filled form is needed (for example, the absence of the class topic or its description would be the reason for longer application processing time). Good quality photos are required( 1 portrait, with a smile, 2-3 other ones, not necessarily in asanas, may be not of you but your classes).
Conditions of acceptance into the program
Honorarium, accommodation and meals are compensated only for the participants of the Grandmasters Stage. Masters of other zones are provided with meals and a place in the camping area(on the days they have classes. They would also have to bring their own tent).
Talented masters who don’t have their audience yet, and, therefore, the fact of their participation in the program will not attract more guests and will not pay off the organizational and promo costs of the festival, may buy a Teacher Ticket which includes:
- • Festival ticket (Pro level, with the possibility of getting a certificate)
- • The possibility to present themselves (being a part of the schedule, 1-3 windows in the program, 1-2 hours each)
- • Promo package (the addition of master’s page to the website, a post about the master on Facebook and Instagram, including him/her into the newsletter, announcing the master by the presenter, putting master’s business cards or flyers inside of guests’ envelopes,*).
Teacher tickets pricing**:

- • $150—3 windows in the program, Ticket PRO, promo package
- • Free—for the participants of the Market and the Foodcourt—1-2 windows in the program, Ticket Pro, promo package
- • Free—for volunteers and team members, 1-3 windows in the program, Ticket Pro, promo package
- • Free—if you sell 2 tickets to the festival before April 3—1 window in the program, Ticket Pro, promo package

*The price is valid in case the master announces his/her participation on his/her own social network pages as well as the corporate page of his/her project, studio or website. In other case the price is 1,5 times higher.
**In order for us to put the printing materials inside the envelopes, master should provide 1000 flyers or business cards not bigger than the “euro flyer 200×100mm” size(smaller size is accepted) before July 22. (Kiev, Vladimirskaya str., 49a, INVERIA)
