«For me yoga is about balance and awareness and diving deeper into myself. I’ve been practicing on and off for ten years and each time on the mat I learn something new.
In my classes I work to create a balance between strength and flexibility, between activation and relaxation. I combine slow flows to develop body awareness with more strenuous exercises to give you the long-term health benefits of a stronger and more flexible body. I also include elements of meditation and mantra chanting to bring calmness to your mind.
I’ve completed 200 hours yoga teacher training at Mira Yogashala in Rishikesh in India and I’m registered with Yoga Alliance»
