Hatha Yoga (Brest, Belarus)

I’ve been teaching hatha yoga instructor for over 7 years. In addition, I’m into freediving, and other physical practices. I was lucky to meet a powerful teacher in our city, who show me this road. Naturally, I attend the events of other masters - A.V Sidersky, Tatiana Illarionova, Gleb Mazaev, Igor Pantyushev, Ilya Zhuravlev ... I have experience in organizing retreats in the Carpathians, on the Mazury lakes (Poland), I also regularly teach field intensive classes.    This is all a type of regalia, what you do, where it shines, through what it is customary to introduce yourself.   Yoga found me when I was dissatisfied, misunderstood and unrealized. Through practice I experienced a multitude of states both on the mat and beyond. I had a period when yoga was a means to escape but now it is a tool to live. Of course this is all a subjective personal experience and you may wonder why am I sharing this with you? Well, it is because yoga brings quality to my everyday life, it brings a deeper understanding of myself, to my desires and my reactions, it teaches me about self-love and about my own path (not my mother’s, relatives’, authorities’ etc.) The real practice shines through what you do in real life.
