The BCS Iyengar School had a significant impact on my development in the practice of hatha yoga. I’ve graduated from the School of Yoga and Health Systems of Vyacheslav and Elena Smirnov. I know the basics of reflexology, osteopathy, psychosomatics, Ericksonian hypnosis and I am a certified Thai masseuse.
Thanks to the accumulated experience and knowledge from various areas of yoga and body practices, I have formed my own unique approach and methodology, which I called Yoga Antistress - the art of relaxation.
