We offer participants of the festival to try the blindfolded practice, which will allow focusing their attention on the sensations in the body - its position, condition and direction of movement. We will develop proprioception - “dark muscular feeling”- the signals from our proprioceptors that are not clearly distinguished by our consciousness, but play an important role in the formation of motor skills,and in establishing and regulating healthy muscle tone. Turning off vision, as our main channel of perception, leads, if not to a halt, then to at least a deceleration of rational and analytical thinking, returning us to childlike freshness of perception, at the same time lifting the curtain of the unconscious, where all knowledge exists - knowledge about yourself, about others and about the world around ...
Novitskaya Daria will conduct the practice, relying on the main principles of the Ishwara Yoga school. She has been practicing for 4 years, and she is currently being trained by the author of the unique Ishwara Yoga method, Anatoly Zenchenko (YTTC-200).
