Tri Yoga (Киев)

I am a happy yogi with a great Guru and very good teacher. I was 15 when my mom occasionnaly brought me to a trial yoga class. 3 years later I learnt about Tri Yoga. In late 2004 I started to teach yoga in a fancy fitness club in Kyiv, I was 20 and was a student of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy". In 2006, 2011, 2012 I was either translating or organizing arrivals of Kaliji to Ukraine. Kaliji is the Guru and the founder of Tri Yoga. TriYoga is guided by Kriyavati siddhi as it flows through Kaliji. In May, 2017 I stared to proceed to Level 3 certification within Tri Yoga. I am blessed with a good teacher. In late Jan 2019 I was granted Level 3 certification by Kaliji. This is the first certiciation of this level in Ukraine and one of the first 3 in CIS. This date is also symbolic to me as the end of two other big personal cycles. Needless to say, I am vegan. I have not been eating anybody since I was 13 and I do not consume dairy products for 3 years. In my happy funny social life you can also know me as an MBA holder, business analyst, little red car driver, cosmetics fan, ethnic cuisine foodie, people connector, and a big believer.   Tri Yoga - Level 2 - Water Flow Wave-like movements, many spinal rolls, synchronized with complete breathing both for asanas and kriyas. 3 moves can be made during 1 exhalation or inhalation. Precise and deep pracice of L2 comes after L1 and Basics. In L2 there is plenty of backwards bends, chest opennings, front thigh stretches, and introduction to advanced balances and inverted asanas is made. Yoga student needs to have good hip openning (Basics) and strong lower back (L1). Tri Yoga - Level 3 - Fire Flow Tri Yoga Level 3 is pure FIre. What used to be Cat in the sequence is now a Slant. Lots of transitions through Cobra and many rotations. In L3 we are getting closer and closer to Devi Dance. With smooth rythmic complete breathing one can follow 1:2 ratio and see that moves start to have altering dynamic representing ascending and descending prana. Tri Yoga L2 and L3 are parts of Tri Yoga Flows - which represents body oriented practice, hatha-yoga, in the bigger system of Tri Yoga. The inspiration and guidance for TriYoga comes from Yogini Kaliji’s direct ongoing experience of kriyavati siddhi, kundalini energy manifesting as hatha yoga. The inherent characteristics of this expression, such as smooth rhythmical breath, spinal waves, relaxation-in-action, and economy of movement, result in a seamless flow ~ the unification of pranayama and mudra with dynamic and sustained asana to create greater flow of prana. TriYoga sequences have been systematized from Basics to Level 7 into a comprehensive method. Ultimately, TriYoga is merging with the inner flow, universal energy.
