I practice yoga to live, and I live to practice yoga. I have been into yoga for more than 15 years.
Our classes focus on a tradition of Ishwara Yoga, the Yoga of the flow. We uphold the principles of the correct work with the spine, joints and deep muscles.
In practice, we pay special attention to the harmonious alignment of the body in asanas, and to the engaging of the various muscle groups. I try to help a practitioner to realize their inner potential, to unleash their physical abilities. I strongly believe that it is very important to optimize the work of all organs and systems in the body and to find a state of harmony with yourself and the world around you.
