Taoist practices

I’ve been practicing yoga since 2009, studied different styles and schools. In 2017 on the course of Denis Buchma I got acquainted with the subtle techniques of Kriya Yoga. In 2018, I completed the course for instructors under Valentina Malinovskaya in the style of Balance Yoga. It was an electrifying experience that made me understand the scientific and physiological side of the yoga even better. I regularly attend seminars, lectures and workshops on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Shadow Yoga, Taoist Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra ...I got really inspired by the acquaintance with such leading artists as Andrew Eppler, Doug Swenson, Rich Logan, Slavoj Gutsalyuk, Andrew Rozhnova and many others. During this time, a transformation has taken place and yoga has become a “state” for me. Now this is my image and lifestyle. This is what happens every second, 24/7.   The power of yoga is in its simplicity. It does not matter which school you choose, and how quickly you master the lotus position or a headstand. It is important to be in harmony with oneself and the world around us, to live in a state of goodness and peace. Hatha yoga is an easy way to maintain the health of the physical body to grow spiritually.   Yoga relaxes the mind, cleanses the body, pumps energy channels, expands the mind. During practice, you connect to a stream that breaks you down into molecules, and then reassembles it into the correct structure. Suddenly you see simple solutions to difficult situations ...   About the effects of practice, you can talk endlessly. But it is better to come and try for yourself.)
