She hopes that in her classes students will sweat, learn, play, and have fun!I have been practicing yoga in Singapore for 2 years where I was inspired by the masters and before became Multi-Style certified yoga instructor, completed my teacher training course in Himalayas in North India. In 2017 I was certified in Traditional indian ashram Kaivalyadhama in Lonavla, Central India, where I learned Traditional yoga by scientific and therapeutic approach to yoga. I did training course of Mom&baby yoga i Singapore. I live in Norway and teach yoga there in local yoga studios and Mom&baby yoga in open kindergardens. I love teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Traditional, Yin, Prenatal, Mom&Baby yoga.

I am striving to guide each student through safe and supportive yoga practices designed to build strength, improve flexibility, awaken intuition, playfulness , inspire optimism and enthusiasm, connect movement with breathe and a genuine smile. If she can help people take this smile and breathe from their mats to their everyday lives, then she feels that she is fulfilling her role as a teacher.
