Ashtanga Yoga (Kiev)

She started practicing Ashtanga yoga in 2015. In 2017 and 2018 she went to the world’s only Institute of Ashtanga Yoga, KPJAYI in Mysore, India, under Saraswati Jois, the daughter of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. She deeply loves and admires this practice, that allows people to improve their lives on the physical, psychological and spiritual levels.   Currently she teaches Ashtanga yoga in Vedalife Kiev, Kiev Yoga Studios Sattva, Yogaroom, Makoto Dojo. She has also attended seminars and classes of such amazing teachers of Ashtanga Yoga as Harmony Slater (Canada), Ksenia Zhorova (St. Petersburg), Dmitry Baryshnikov (Moscow), Maria Shalimova (Moscow), Anastasia Shevchenko (Berlin), Elena Naasan (Lviv), Irina Lymar (San Francisco), Daria Prudnikova (Minsk). Ashtanga yoga is suitable for all people except for the lazy ones. Lol. We start classes with the Primary Series, which are therapeutic, and then move to Ashtanga yoga - more dynamic and powerful practice, which is built on the principle of vinyas (combining breath with movement), bandhas and drishti.   Ashtanga Yoga will help you reach a calm and focused state of a pleasant fatigue, will engage all of your muscle groups, will keep your body fit, will improve the functioning of the organs, will give you a surge of energy and make you vigorous
