Yotam Viccara Anand

Viniyoga (Tel Aviv, Israel)

Yotam “viccaranand” Adler is a Yoga teacher, a meditation instructor and a world traveler. This will be his 3rd time coming to Ukraine to teach in local festivals. Yotam became known for his humoristic style of teaching and for also doing Osho active meditation sessions. During his world travels, Yotam had studied with plenty of teachers from several styles, including in India and Ukraine, although both his Yoga and mediation diplomas were acquired from Wingate institute, Israel’s largest college for sport and therapy. In his past, he had spent times in many interesting places – a Buddhist monastery, vippasana retreats, the Israeli desert ashram and more.

The style of viniyoga was developed by T. K. V. Desikachar, the son of the pioneer of modern yoga, Tirumalai Krishnamacharya. This style facilitates the roots of yoga therapy, and with it’s softness and focus on mindful movement, it allows the practitioner to focus and observe into the body and mind while practicing.
