Yoga aims towards fundamental development of the body, during which we follow the flow of energy as it travels into every corner of our body.
With our eyes closed, we will experience the body as a single unit within which the wholesome energy roams, an energy that is capable of replenishing, restoring and directing our body.
We will learn to breathe in tune and in a rhythm with every movement of our bodies.
During the practice thoughts will not just dissolve, but will travel to the places of unresolved tension.
Thus, having mastered a body, a breath and a mind, having learned to observe our condition in practice, we renew and restore every cell in our body.
